We know that building strong and lasting Partnerships with Parents and Carers can be challenging. Safe spaces can be more easily created and held by a neutral 3rd party, so we have designed a dialogue workshop to help everyone in your school community experience a safe space and learn how to build upon the practice for future engagement with your community.
Whole School Community Workshop
We offer both online and in-person training for our programmes.
We facilitate School Community Values Dialogues to help create a non-judgemental, safe, inclusive space to listen to 30 voices representing the school community (e.g. parents/carers, staff, family worker, governors, Community/Faith Leader, pupils, etc..)
School Values Renewal (Do you want to re-evaluate or renew your school values?)
Respectful Relationships (including link to Trauma Informed Practice – Ready, Respectful, Safe)
Belonging
Diversity
RSHE Consultation (using School or Faith Values in religious communities) A genuine dialogue about RSE provision at your school.
Per 90-minute Online or In-Person Session
