OUR VALUES

The learning modules in our programmes are centred around 5 human values of PEACE, TRUTH, LOVE, RESPONSIBILITY and COMMUNITY.

They provide anchors for children's thinking, decision-making and behaviour, equipping them with standards and principles that will serve them well throughout their lives.

 WHAT…

We provide social-emotional learning programmes for primary and early years students.

For early years, we emphasise self-regulation, self-awareness, and relationship-building through the values of peace, truth, and love, represented by Paxton the Peaceful Panda, Tao the Truthful Turtle, and Cali the Caring Puppy.

For KS1 and KS2, we add critical thinking, responsible decision-making, and social awareness under the values of responsibility and community.

Both programmes include mini-meditations, stories, songs, and feelings exploration to address social-emotional learning regularly in classroom sessions and school life.

WHO…

Our programmes prioritise the voices, wellbeing, and readiness of both children and practitioners.

Developed by teachers, we understand the immense pressure educators face with a demanding curriculum and limited time for their own social-emotional needs.

Our training supports practitioners by equipping them to be mentally healthy role models and providing easy-to-implement content and resources for the entire academic year. Our programmes meet statutory PSED/RSHE guidance and complement existing PSHE practices.

WHY…

Our origins are rooted in values-based education, with our programmes constantly adapting to the challenges the emerging generation faces.

There is a well-documented mental health crisis for young people. Young learners, especially the most disadvantaged, struggle with regulating emotions, concentrating and interacting with peers, all crucial to success in schooling and in life.

We all benefit from children with the social-emotional foundations to better navigate and impact the world around them.

DOES IT WORK?

Children, practitioners and leadership that we've worked with say a resounding yes!

We've also partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation to build on this feedback towards an evidence base.
