The BIG 3 + ME is a high quality Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) resource for Early Years ages 3 to 5. It has been designed to support both practitioners and pupils to develop and grow the 3 BIG Social and Emotional Learning skills of Self-Regulation, Self-Awareness and Building Relationships.
3 Special Animals
Meet Paxton the Peaceful Panda, Tao the Truthful Turtle, and Cali the Caring Puppy. These 3 cuddly toy animals bring to life 3 BIG Values and 3 BIG Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills for young children in Nursery and Reception, helping them meet age-appropriate goals for PSED.

There are 24 lesson kits: 20-minute themed sessions suitable for Nursery and 25-minute sessions for Reception children.
- Sessions include a Mini-meditation, a Story (for Reception), 3 more BIG Feelings and a Song. They can be delivered as 5- or 10-minute mini-sessions to meet the needs of your children.
Pilot phase with EEF
We have successfully completed the pilot in 12 Nursery and School settings in Newham, Haringey and Enfield. The BIG 3 + ME is an exciting programme that is now available for nurseries and schools with children aged 3 to 5 - just contact us below.
